We sought to bring our trademark documentary excellence to a medium that could innovate the possibilities of the narrative. Our introduction of the appumentary took iPad users on a dynamic and personal journey through Sting’s 25 years as a solo artist.
The Sting app features handwritten lyrics and journal entries, unseen interviews, and 360˚ views of his signature instruments. It dives deep into Sting’s musical influences and collaborations while detailing his humanitarian activism around the world. Users can listen to or purchase any works from Sting’s entire iTunes discography and have exclusive access to our production of his Sixtieth Birthday Party at the Beacon Theater where we captured his performances with Lady Gaga, Bruce Springsteen, Rufus Wainwright, and more.

We designed the app's clear and elegant interface for users to fully immerse themselves in their experience. Drawing Sting's songs from their iTunes library into the app, fans can listen to their favorite songs while on their journey through the story.
Using cutting edge technology, we developed 360˚ views and high definition zoom images for users to have a more personal connection with Sting's signature musical instruments.
We then evolved our content and designed the layout, binding, and packaging for the Grammy Award® nominated STING: 25 YEARS The Definitive Box Set Collection.
