Biography

British director, and filmmaker Jonnie Malachi made his feature debut as writer-director with a film distributed by Soda Pictures and Thunderbird, later acquired by Sky Movies.

A performance director drawn to interesting characters, Malachi has directed over 30 music videos and commercials. He has worked across a broad spectrum of talent, from kids to grannies, & celebrated actors.

Malachi's passion is comedy - sunburst zany to deathly dark - and he's worked extensively with music, dialogue, choreography & fight/action sequences.

Visually, his films are stylised and cinematic, informed by a background in commercial photography.
