Josh and Xander’s work is renowned for its attention to concept, design, and beautiful photography. 

Their first campaign – two PSAs for the Youth Leadership Institute via BBDO – showcased a sophisticated, compelling brand of visual storytelling. One of the spots, Quotes , was nominated for a Gold Lion at Cannes.

Best friends since the seventh grade, the duo never imagined they’d be directing together. After graduating college, Josh turned his creative attention towards editing, cutting everything from commercials and music videos to network television programs and award-winning short films and documentaries. Xander became a designer and branding consultant for leading watch and jewelry house David Yurman.

Since joining forces as a directing team they have done standout work for American Express, General Motors, Toyota, Honda, Apple, JCPenney, Kia, Belvedere Vodka, MAC Cosmetics, Allstate, Ticketmaster, Samsung, Gatorade, Twitter, Jeep to mention just a few. They also created and directed the opening title sequence for the HBO show How To Make It In America . Recent work includes spots for Gatorade, Twitter, Jeep, Nationwide Insurance, and Vivo.
